A late goal deep into stoppage time rescued a point for 'Boro', but they will feel they should have taken all 3 over the 90 minutes.
Playing against the wind in the first half, Hemingbrough dealt with the pressure imposed from the home side with the defensive duo of Shipley and Irving providing protection for Milburn in the 'Boro' goal.
Matty Clark and Richard Ireland were a threat down the flanks providing the service for Bentley and Mike Young who gave the home defence not a minutes peace all afternoon.
With the wind at their backs in the second period, 'Boro' began to force the issue and had numerous chances to take the lead with Ireland, Young and Bentley all going close.
These missed chances proved costly as with 5 minutes to go the home side broke with their first real attack of the half, and a smart through ball was finished well to give Amotherby what looked like to be the winning goal.
However, with seconds remaining on the clock a long hopeful ball by John Collard found the head of Dale Shipley which found the back of the net to give 'Boro' a point.
John Collard was the Crown Man of the Match with Dale Shipley taking the players vote.
